Please indicate when you Book your Appointment if you “Prefer” a Male or Female Massage Therapist for your Spa Services.

To ensure your Preferred Spa appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your Spa appointment with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last Spa visit…Book Early!

Please, Arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out Guest information, and for a Locker to be Assigned, Change clothing, Relax, and Unwind.

Your appointment is Reserved Exclusively for you.

Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of your appointment.

Should you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment.

Please notify us 24 hours in Advance to Avoid being charged in Full.

No Shows will be charged in Full.

Inform the Spa Attendant at the Time of Booking your appointment if you are pregnant or have any Medical conditions or Allergies and fill out the Medical information document.

We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

A Credit Card number is Required for any Booking an Appointment or Event.

Group and Wedding Events are subject to the Terms of the Contract.

Payments are Accepted in the form of: Cash, Most Major Credit Cards, and The Spa at Bella Piazza® Gift Cards.

A 20% Gratuity will be added to All Spa Services at Checkout.

If you wish to add more, let the Receptionist know.

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services.

The Spa at Bella Piazza® Gift Card contains value which may be used to purchase Products and Services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. The Gift Card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.

The Spa at Bella Piazza® Gift Cards are available in any increment and are the Perfect Gift!

The Spa at Bella Piazza® Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card.

The Gift card is not transferable and The Spa at Bella Piazza® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card.

No express or implied warranties apply. The series of services are not refundable but can be converted to The Spa at Bella Piazza® credit.

We Discourage any Talking or Cell phones near Massage Rooms as a Courtesy to our Guests.

We ask that only those receiving Spa Services accompany you to the Spa.

Robes, Towels, Sandals, and Shower Facilities are All provided for you.

You may Dress to your comfort level.

A Swimsuit is Required for Hot Tubs.

Lockers are available for your personal items.

However, the Spa recommends that you leave Your Valuables at Home or in Your Room.
